What Benefits to expect
All consultations are done through internet video-counseling. Expect a safe space to talk while Beth listens and offers questions, feedback, and nutrition education to help clarify your thinking. You will start to see something new immediately. Because individuals are all different, there is no one right way to think about things. You will become more in touch with yourself and more open to listening to your inner voice.

How much does coaching cost?
This initial meeting time is for you to share you concerns and let Beth know what you are wanting for yourself. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a nutrition questionnaire with details about your health. This will inform our discussion about your calorie needs, specific diet plans, and more. During this time, we will determine your best course of action. Every client is different; no course of action is exactly the same.
As you reflect on what you are wanting, the follow up meetings go deeper to determine how best to get there. Sessions include a customized blend of nutrition education and nutrition coaching.
Standard Nutrition Coaching Pricing:
- Initial consultation: $100 (50-60 minutes)
- Follow up sessions: $85 (30-45 minutes)
